1. What’s included in the camper van hire?

When you hire our camper van, you get everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable trip:

A small kitchenette with a stove, fridge, and essential cookware

All necessary utensils (plates, cups, pots, pans, etc.)

Optional extras: Bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets) £10 additional charge

2. How do I book the camper van?

Booking with us is simple! Follow these steps:

Choose Your Dates: Pick your pick-up and drop-off dates.

Fill Out the Booking Form: Complete a quick form with your details.

Secure Your Booking: Pay your deposit, and we’ll confirm your reservation.

Get Ready for Your Adventure: We’ll be in touch with all the info you need for your trip!

3. What are your hire terms and conditions?

Age Requirement: You must be at least 25 years old and have a full, valid driving license.

Security Deposit: A security deposit is required when you pick up the van. 

This is fully refundable when the van is returned in the same condition it was as time of collection. 

This includes the fuel which should be returned full.

Insurance: Full insurance and breakdown cover is included in the daily rate.

4. Can I bring my pet along?

Richmond Campervan Hire do allow dogs/pets dependant on age and breed, so long as they sleep in their own bed, and you use your own throws to protect the upholstery. 

5. What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 4 weeks in advance: Full refund minus a small admin fee.

Less than 14 days: Booking deposit is forfeited.

Less than 7 days: Unfortunately, no refund available. This will also apply if, upon inspection of named drivers' licences, they are found to be invalid or do not comply with the information stated on the booking form.

6. How long can I hire the camper van for?

We offer rentals for as little as 2 days up to a week or more. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a longer holiday, we’ll be happy to accommodate your plans.

7. Where is the camper van located, and how do I pick it up?

Our camper van is based in Richmond, and we offer a flexible pick-up and drop-off arrangement. We’ll coordinate the best time for you to collect the van, give you a full walkthrough of its features, and send you on your way with our best wishes for your adventure.
